Why I like this song:
This is a little-known band from Australia in the late eighties/early nineties. I heard this song years ago and it left an impression on me.
It is a triumph of atmosphere and gives off the vibe of "going into the desert to meet a guy of dubious distinction"
The band may not have gotten far but this song has an atmosphere that other songs can only dream of.
