Why I like this song:
I will admit I had gone off of Vampire Weekend in recent years. Their first album was superb but. somehow, what came after it didn't seem to gel with me. But their latest, Father of the Bride, certainly has some magic and I've been enjoying it a lot.
And this is, hands down, the best song on the album. It's proof that these New York kids can certainly churn out a winner of a pop song.
