Why I like this song:
..........It grew on me
I can imagine this was a surprise to those who first heard it: For those already familiar with Birds of Tokyo this would've been a shock to hear them pursue a more radio-friendly sound. For newcomers they would've had the thrill of hearing something new.
For me, this works as an ode to nostalgia and moving on with life during sunset on a summer's day....
