Why I like this song:
This is further proof that the soundtrack to .hack//SIGN is in a class of it's own. If I could put the entire soundtrack on this blog I would. Probably.
But yeah, this is pure magic and just the thing to make other TV series jealous.
Song title: The Key of the Twilight
Artist: Emily Bindiger / Bee Train
Year: 2002
Why I like this song:
.hack//SIGN seems destined to remain a divisive series. It's critics slam it for being slow moving, dialogue heavy and frequently spending an awful lot of time building up something that turns out to be pointless.
But you wouldn't say a bad word regarding it's soundtrack. It's a compelling blend of folk, electronic and layers of female vocals. All through the guiding hand of one Yuki Kajiura.
Its just the thing for any high fantasy adventure and wouldn't have been out of place in any MMORPGur.
Personally, I don't know what kind of creative juices Kajiura is running but I want some of it.
