R.I.P. Shawn Smith

Its doubtful I would've heard of Brad if it wasn't for the Pearl Jam connection. But this is one of their best songs. Love the moodiness and bass.
I also knew my brother really liked this song at the time and he was sorely disappointed that it wasn't one the Interiors album. In any case, here it is on this blog in all it's glory.

Why I like this song:

Ever had one of those moments when, without any kind of provocation whatsoever, you are suddenly reminded of a song you haven't heard in twenty years and you realize that said song was really good?

It may be a throwback to seventies soft-rock - as opposed to Pearl Jam being a throwback seventies hard rock - but that shouldn't be a strike against this song. Its utterly brilliant
